Terms, Conditions, & Policies

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES:
Unless items are incorrect, damaged, or lost, Atomic Bohemian cannot offer refunds. Exchanges are possible for damaged or incorrect items if the original item is sent back. Atomic Bohemian will pay for postage on all refunds. In the event that an item is lost prior to delivery, Atomic Bohemian will send a replacement with no cost to the customer. Requests for refunds/exchanges must be made within 28 days of receiving the order. Requests will be processed within 3-5 working days.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Atomic Bohemian does not, at this time, use a fulfillment service. Tracking information will be sent to the customer when possible. For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for receipt of items, dependant on location. For UK orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for receipt of items.

PUBLISHING:
Atomic Bohemian is primarily a publisher. Only submissions sent during submission windows will be considered. Work will be selected carefully. Upon making selections for publication, contracts will be issued to chosen clients. Work must not have been published previously (with an exception for publishers that have closed down). Simultaneous submissions are allowed, but writers MUST inform Atomic Bohemian promptly should their work be accepted elsewhere.

PRIVACY:

No information from clients or customers will be shared with any person or organisation without express permission. All order content and contact information remains private.

TERMINATION OF CONTACT/PARTNERSHIP:
Atomic Bohemian reserves the right to terminate any agreement to work with a writer should the contract be violated, including if a writer engages in behaviour unbecoming of Atomic Bohemian's core values. Atomic Bohemian reserves the right to disengage with customers who are aggressive or mistreat staff. Staff in this context includes clients.
