'Immortal until the rain is an anthology of winning and shortlisted poems from the inaugural Katrina Collins Poetry Prize. To enter this collection is to step into a gathering of contemporary voices that pay attention to both brokenness and resilience in ordinary life. These poems speak in varied registers, yet they share a willingness to dwell on ordinary moments and look closely with honesty and compassion. They examine the complexities that persist without offering easy resolutions.'
